Providing People with Drinking Water

The team of the Charitable Foundation Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv, with the support of Acted and USAID, delivers water to frontline communities. This is vital support for residents of settlements that constantly suffer from shelling, making logistics and the delivery of essential goods and water more challenging.

Recently, we worked in the Izium district, visiting the villages of Donetske, Dovhenke, Yaremivka, Zavody, and Topolske. Residents were able to receive seven bottles of water per person per week.

Over three months, we distributed 31,584 bottles of water.

In parallel, to care for the environment, we collect empty bottles from residents for recycling. During this period, we have already recycled 166 kg of bottles. We thank the residents who responsibly address the environmental situation in their communities.
