Due to constant shelling, a large number of medical facilities in Kharkiv and the region were closed, damaged or completely destroyed. Therefore, many residents of Kharkiv region do not have access to medical care.
This project provides targeted primary medical care to everyone who needs it.
On the basis of the social and humanitarian assistance points of Charitable Foundation «Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv», with the help of partners, it is planned to create special medical offices where all children and adults will be able to donate blood for tests, receive emergency medical assistance and have training in providing first aid free of charge.
Stages of the project
Medical office
1. Collection of information:
- searching for places to organize 15 medical offices in Kharkiv and another 30 in Kharkiv region.
2. Purchase of necessary equipment:
- purchasing all the equipment and building materials for the execution will be through the open tenders.
3. Maintenance
- attraction and employment of qualified doctors and nurses;
- maintenance costs (medical care and technical support).
4. Organization of work performance:
- all organizational work will be performed by CO «CF «Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv» employees, who have appropriate qualifications and have undergone preliminary training.
5. Preparation of medical offices:
- adjustment of medical equipment;
- organization of blood collection and storage sites;
6. Intermediate control:
- the act of completing work and using materials, photo and video recording of each completed work with subsequent storage on Google Drive;
- acts for payment of blood analysis and maintenance services;
- medical aid form (we record the full name and passport data of each person who receives aid).
