Within this project CO «CF «Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv» focuses on solving extremely acute problem – providing pets (cats and dogs) with feed and emergency veterinary care, who has been on territory of Kharkiv and Kharkiv oblast, primarily on nearly deoccupied areas. At the same time, assistance should cover as many animals as possible – despite animals who has owners, those, who has been looked after by neighbors, those who has been in stationary or new one’s shelters and kennels and also those who has no owners. At the same time, the assistance should cover as many animals as possible - both those who live with their owners, and those who are cared for by neighbors, and those who are in stationary or newly created spontaneous shelters and kennels, as well as homeless animals.

Stages of the project

Feed and veterinary drugs

1. Feed and first aid veterinary medicine kitting

- dried and wet feed for dogs and kits with taking into account (if possible) age and size of animals and also compatibility of feeds of different manufacturers and brands;

- first aid veterinary medicine, (aid against external and internal parasites) that could be used without veterinarians.

2. Purchasing and distribution

- feed and first aid veterinary medicines received in the form of in-kind assistance from our partners;

- procurement of feed and veterinary medicine from local businesses through a tender process;

- delivery by the staff of the Charitable Foundation "Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv" and distribution on the spots.

3. Intermediate control

- photo and video recording of each receiving portion and subsequent storage on Google Drive;

- humanitarian aid blank sheet (we record the full name, passport number and other data of each aid recipient with his signature).

4. Risk and deling with them

- Risk of lack of necessary feed and veterinary medicine - replacement of supplier on a competitive basis.
