The new academic year started on September 1. In Kharkiv and the region, due to constant shelling, it takes place remotely. More than 13,500 families from our database are currently unable to provide their children with the necessary devices for distance learning. Families with children are forced to ask for help, because they have lost everything and cannot provide their children with the most necessary things on their own. We plan to provide school children with tablets or laptops within 2 months so that they can continue their studies. For this project, we are looking for partners or organizations that are able to provide us with financial assistance or purchase the required number of devices. Children from low-income and large families have already received the first part of laptops.
Stages of the project
Distance learning
1. Selection of technical characteristics
According to the requirements of the school program, the laptop must match the minimum technical requirements. Our employees have selected models with the necessary parameters.
2. Information gathering
The cost of the project is 7,452,000 euros, which includes the purchase of gadgets for each child to provide assistance to 13,500 affected children.
3. Purchase of necessary equipment
All gadgets for distance learning of affected children will be procured through a tender process. Delivery will be carried out by our employees of the logistics group.
4. Risks and dealing with them
The risk of shelling can damage the warehouse, so the purchased gadgets will be stored in different areas of the city.
5. Intermediate control
Photo and video recording of each recipient of the laptop (we record the name, passport number of the parents, the child's birth certificate and other data of the beneficiary with his signature).
