Warmth Delivered: Residents of Frontline Communities Receive Fuel Briquettes

The team of the Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation, with the support of UHF and in collaboration with Project Hope, provided fuel briquettes to residents in frontline communities. We operated in Donetsk, Kherson, and Kharkiv regions, delivering assistance to 1,673 households.

This is a vital support measure for residents of frontline settlements, where heating homes during winter remains a pressing issue. At the same time, many people, especially the elderly, choose to stay in their homes.

“We buy firewood and coal because we need something to heat with,” shares Vyacheslav Nazarov, a resident of Zolotyi Kolodyaz village in the Kharkiv region. He adds, “Our pensions aren’t enough for everything. Briquettes are necessary; they’re better than firewood. We’re grateful for this help.”
