Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv Participates in the Global WFP APC 2024 Conference

The charity organization "Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv" participated in the 30th annual Partnership Conference (APC 2024) of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP).

"The participation in this meeting was very important for us as an organization, as only about 7 national organizations from around the world were invited – including ours. We were the only organization from Ukraine," says the Foundation’s Project Manager, Vladyslav Trohin, who represented "Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv" at the conference.

He specifically raised the topic of mentorship for national organizations from large international partners who possess valuable global experience and are able to share it.

"Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv" has been cooperating with the WFP since January 2024. Among the projects are the distribution of motorblock and greenhouse kits to farmers, as well as financial grants. Additionally, food packages are actively being distributed in the Kherson and Kharkiv regions.
