Karate Tournament Participants Receive Sweet Gifts from Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv
For the first time since the full-scale invasion, a sports and wellness karate event was held in Kharkiv. The team from the charitable foundation Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv joined the event to congratulate the participants. We provided sweet gifts to 221 children, thanks to our partners—Oriflame and the Jochnick Foundation.
"For the first time in nearly three years, we gathered a large number of children for a sports celebration. The event was held at a high level, proving that karate in Kharkiv is still alive," said Mykola Pryvedenyi, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Center for Physical Health "Sport for All."
Participants showcased their skills and shared their achievements. For example, 16-year-old Liza from Kharkiv, a black belt in karate, visits dormitories where displaced families live and conducts training sessions for children from Kupiansk, Vovchansk, and Lyptsi.
"On behalf of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration and the Kharkiv Regional Center for Physical Health 'Sport for All,' I would like to express my gratitude to the charitable foundation Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv for providing gifts to young athletes who continue to train and achieve success despite these difficult times," added Maksym Panov, Head of the Department at the Kharkiv Regional Center "Sport for All."
