Aid for Kherson

1,500 meals a day—that’s how many the “Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv” charitable foundation, with support from Medico International, delivers to the most severely affected areas of Kherson. Everywhere you look, there are shattered buildings, broken fences, and damaged shops. Every window tells a story with its intricate patterns of shattered glass.

Despite the dire security situation, daily shelling, and lack of heating and electricity, people continue to live here under extreme conditions. For them, these warm meals are more than just food—they are a reminder that they have not been forgotten.
