Bright backpacks featuring their favorite comic book characters were gifted to the young patients of a children’s hospice in Kharkiv. Representatives of the charitable foundation Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv delivered not only presents from their partner, the Swedish company Oriflame, but also a festive Christmas spirit.

In total, 194 backpacks worth 664,492 UAH were given to the children, with each backpack costing just over 3,400 UAH.

The children’s hospice in Kharkiv provides care for children with severe, incurable illnesses. Additionally, the medical facility hosting this division treats children with neurological and psychological conditions.

Since the full-scale invasion, the number of patients here has increased - children with stress disorders and exacerbation of chronic diseases need help. Therefore, they really need positive emotions, because this is a small step towards recovery. And for parents and doctors, helping children is a manifestation of care and support, because they are not alone on the path to children's health.
