What makes people stay in settlements constantly under enemy shelling until the very last moment? And what ultimately pushes them to make the difficult decision to leave with the help of volunteers?
Journalists from the French TV channel France 2 have filmed a report on the situation in Kupiansk, its residents, and the work of the Rapid Response Team of the Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv charity foundation.
"I explained how we operate and how the evacuation process works. Of course, the journalists spoke a lot with people, asking about life in Kupiansk," said Serhii Purdia, a member of the foundation's Rapid Response Team.
