Exactly two years ago, the charity foundation Peaceful heaven of Kharkiv opened its first psychosocial space for children and their parents. It was important for us to find locations where visitors could not only spend their time productively, socialize, and address their problems, but also feel comfortable and safe. Unfortunately, due to Russian military aggression, we experienced firsthand what it means to lose something into which so much effort and hard work had been invested. In May 2024, our largest space in Zolochiv was hit by shelling. But we did not give up: within a week, we found another location and resumed our activities. During blackouts, our spaces function as invincibility points, where people can always charge their devices, warm up with hot drinks, and participate in various events.

Our spaces are more than just walls; they are the people who create light even in the darkest times. We always look forward to welcoming our visitors!
